What is a national service program?

WATCH: On February 19, 2023, the Liceo U National Service Training Program organized a Color Fun Run for the benefit of the RNP scholars with the theme of “Pagpakiglambigit: Being a catalyst of change in the community." Liceans flocked together in the early hours to stretch and warm up at the Rodelsa circle, and the atmosphere was electric as they prepared to run with their hearts and spread color across the city. The color run began at the Rodelsa circle, continued to the DXCC Radio Broadcast C
