Exercise Wessex Storm on Salisbury Plain Training Area included ‘battlegroup resupply’ training for the Welsh Guards Battlegroup, where 220 vehicles and crew were resupplied in less than 2 hours. This year’s exercise saw the Welsh Guards Battlegroup comprise three Welsh Regiments: 1 Battalion Welsh Guards, 3 R Welsh and 1st The Queen’s Dragoon Guards train for any future operations on a collective basis.
