On Saturday, May 10, 2025, Opoku Ware School celebrated its 73rd Anniversary Homecoming, hosted by the AY year group under the theme: “Developing 21st Century Talent: Integrating Digital and Social Skills.” The event marked the launch of Akatakyie’s (AY Group) 25th Anniversary Project, with Minister of Works and Housing, Okatakyie Kenneth Gilbert Adjei, officiating the groundbreaking ceremony for this significant milestone.
