Turkey Gravy is so simple to make with your turkey drippings! Don’t use the canned stuff! 1/4 cup turkey drippings 1/2 cup turkey/chicken broth 1 tablespoon flour salt and pepper to tasteOver high heat add your turkey drippings and flour to a sauce pan. (if you’re using a roasting pan you can put that over the stove top) Whisk this together until it thickens up and then slowly whisk in the broth. Continue to whisk until a gravy forms.
