Dating App called Skout at the center of a rape involving a 14 year old girl in Roxborough. 28 year old Michael Kaufman, met the teen online, who police say advertised as being older than 14. They later met in person the same day. She and her 19 year old cousin willingly went back to he suspect’s home. When the 19 year old left Kaufman’s house, that’s when the 14 year old was raped.
