Two roadside stories from the Mongolian steppe: First, we helped a lady with a flat tire on a remote gravel road, no working jack, so we pulled out our air lift bags. In return we got a bag of Chips for Friends (German import!) and some cookies 🍪. Later that day, a farmer couple ran out of diesel with their pickup full of dried dung, winter fuel. We shared 20 liters from our tank, and the farmer’s wife handed us a handful of aaruul (ааруул), good tasting, traditional Mongolian dairy snacks made
