Il pane carasau, carasatu, carasadu, crasau o anche pane 'e fresa (che differisce per forma e consistenza), è un tipico pane sardo, originario della Barbagia, Goceano, Ogliastra e diffuso in tutta la Sardegna, conosciuto con il nome italiano di carta musica (o carta da musica) per la sua caratteristica croccantezza, che ne rende rumorosa la masticazione.
