A Connecticut man received a 17-year federal prison sentence in connection with his participation in the 960 gang, a violent Waterbury street syndicate.

Justin Cabrera, a member of Waterbury's 960 gang, was sentenced Monday to 17 years in prison for his involvement in a drive-by shooting in 2017, officials said.
