Karl-Anthony Towns landed awkwardly after a layup attempt in the 4th quarter with Boston up by 12. He limped over to the bench and then sprawled out in pain as trainers looked at him. He went back i nto the locker room shortly after to be further examined.

A tense afternoon became downright horrifying when Karl-Anthony Towns limped to TD Garden's visitors' bench as Boston began its final push forward to victory.

A lot of things went wrong for the New York Knicks on Sunday, and they suffered an injury scare with their All-Star center late in the fourth quarter of their 118-105 loss to the Boston Celtics.
