One of the strongest storms we've seen in Massachusetts in quite a while will bring rain and snow on Thanksgiving.The holiday will essentially be a washout with rain expected from mid-morning until late in the evening Thursday.

A storm system will sweep over the region Thanksgiving Day, bringing a mix of rain and wind. Some areas even face a chance of snowfall.

The 22News Storm Team is watching a storm system that will be in the area by the end of the week. There are still some questions when it comes to exact timing but parts of Massachusetts may see a coating to 4 inches of snow.
