Paul George made his season debut Monday night, starting for the Philadelphia 76ers against the Los Angeles Clippers.

The Philadelphia 76ers return home for a Sunday afternoon matchup against the Miami Heat, energized by Tyrese Maxey’s 50-plus point outburst in an overtime win over Milwaukee.

After the game, head coach Nick Nurse explained that Maxey originally suffered the injury in the first half and was evaluated at halftime, but still managed to suit up and finish the contest. He added that there were no further updates (h/t Austin Krell of On Pattinson).

After making his 2025-26 debut against the Clippers, Paul George joins Joel Embiid on the 76ers' injury report before the Raptors game.
