The later afternoon Good Trouble protest at City Hall begins during late rush hour, so if driving, you may want to avoid Center City entirely the evening of July 17. If you absolutely need to get through downtown to the Penn's Landing area or other attractions, you could possibly take South Street or Washington Avenue.
