Formula 1 champion Max Verstappen’s home Grand Prix will only be on the calendar for two more years after it was announced Wednesday that 2026 will be the last edition.

Max Verstappen has been given yet another reason to retire early after it was confirmed the Dutch Grand Prix will stage its final race in 2026. The 27-year-old has repeatedly suggested that he could walk away from the sport and seek an early retirement in spite of the success he has achieved since breaking into F1 as a teenager.
