When the Edmonton Oilers face elimination in Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final on Tuesday night against the Florida Panthers, either Stuart Skinner or Calvin Pickard will lead them on to the ice as their starting goaltender.

Last June, Edmonton came back from a 3-0 series deficit only to lose Game 7 by a heartbreaking 2-1 score. Florida’s Carter Verhaeghe opened the scoring in that game, something the Panthers have done in four consecutive games this time around.

The Oilers had several issues that contributed to their ugly Game 5 loss against the Panthers in the Stanley Cup Final.
