The Iowa Hawkeyes are once again celebrating a game they really had no business winning. Against Nebraska on Friday night, Iowa had just five first downs to the Cornhuskers' 20. The Hawkeyes were out-gained 334 yards to 164 (including 144-49 yards rushing)

The Big Ten had an easy decision fall into their lap this week when looking at who to give out their weekly awards to. Drew Stevens, the Iowa Hawkeyes kicker, made the choice simple with his 53-yard game-winning field goal to lift the Hawkeyes over the Nebraska Cornhuskers by a score of 13-10.

Drew Stevens kicked a 53-yard field goal as time expired and Iowa rallied to defeat Nebraska 13-10 on Friday night. Stevens got his chance after defensive end Max Llewellyn forced and recovered a fumble by Nebraska quarterback Dylan Raiola at the Huskers’ 36-yard line with 20 seconds left.
