Barry wrote, “I lost not only a client Simon Fisher-Becker, but a close personal friend of 15 years standing.”

Becker, a British character actor who had roles in notable projects like “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” and “Doctor Who,” has died. He was 63.
