BLUEFIELD, W.Va. (WVVA) - Gov. Patrick Morrisey ( R-W.Va .) announced Wednesday, that the federal government had accepted his request for individual assistance in McDowell, Mercer, Mingo, and Wyoming counties. Other counties in the state remain under consideration by FEMA.
