Shahid Kapoor and Pooja Hegde starrer 'Deva' is picking up decent business at the box office. Directed by Rosshan Andrrews', who has made his Hindi debut, 'Deva' released on January 31, 2024. As per a trade analysis site Sacnilk's report, 'Deva' has crossed Rs. 25 cr mark at the box office.

Deva, which arrived in theaters on January 31, 2025, earned Rs 1.85 crore on first Wednesday of its release. Starring Shahid Kapoor in the lead role, the action thriller will soon complete a week.

Deva is a remake of Rosshan’s 2013 Malayalam film Mumbai Police, which had Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead role. Shahid plays ACP Dev Ambre, a man who loses his memory while trying to solve his best friend’s murder. Pooja plays his lover, a reporter called Diya Sathaye. Pavail Gulati and Kubbra Sait also play key roles in it.
