The National Weather Service has issued winter storm warnings for all 21 New Jersey counties through Monday with widespread travel disruptions expected.

Several emergency declarations have already been issued as a massive winter storm barrels toward more than 35 states, putting more than 200 million people in its path and threatening “considerable disruption” to New York with up to a foot of snow.

Gov. Henry McMaster declared a state of emergency to prepare South Carolina for a winter storm expected to bring a mix of sleet, ice and snow.

Over 3,600 flights were ​canceled and 714 were delayed as of early Monday, according to flight-tracking ​website FlightAware, ⁠following more than 11,000 cancellations reported on Sunday. The number of cancellations and delays was expected to rise as the day progressed.

A major winter storm covering most of the U.S. knocked out power to more than one million people, cancelled tens of thousands of flights and left at least three people dead.
