The FBI's "Operation Coast to Coast" in Detroit led to 27 arrests and 36 firearm seizures, which the agency said came as part of a two-week crackdown in the U.S. on illegal drugs and violent crime. "It was a profound betrayal by their own government," Rep. Robert Garcia wrote of the complaint, filed a decade before the FBI investigated Epstein.
