The UNLV Rebels will look to bounce back Saturday after a season-opening loss to the Memphis Tigers when they travel to face the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors in the next installment of the “Ninth Island Showdown.

The Mountain West Conference scheduled one of the top matchups of the season during Labor Day weekend when Hawaii hosts UNLV at Ching Complex today. The Rainbow Warriors (0-1) and the Rebels (0-1) are coming off losses in Week 0. UH lost at Stanford, 37-27, while UNLV lost at home to Memphis, 27-21.
