On Sunday, Stifel analyst Stephen Gengaro raised his Tesla stock price target to $411 from $287. He kept his Buy rating.

Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) stock has been one of the hottest stocks since Donald Trump won the presidential election earlier this month. Now up nearly 38% since election day, TSLA shares are starting to get closer to the heights not seen since the start of 2022.

Now this is getting just weird for Tesla and its shareholders. Tesla stock was dropping in after-hours trading Monday after Delaware Chancery Court judge Kathaleen McCormick rejected Elon Musk’s pay package for a second time.

McCormick also rejected an equally unprecedented and massive fee request by plaintiff attorneys, who argued that they were entitled to legal fees in the form of Tesla stock valued at more than $5 billion. The judge said the attorneys were entitled to a fee award of $345 million.
