對特定國家的關稅是川普政府依據所謂各國對美國出口商不公平程度所量身訂製，稅率由美國經濟顧問委員會（CEA）一些最高層級經濟學家所算出，目的是為反擊他國對美商品的關稅和非關稅貿易壁壘。

美國總統川普在台灣時間3日凌晨4點宣布將實施「全球對等關稅政策」（Reciprocal Tariffs）最低稅率為10%，部分國家將面臨更高稅率，其中台灣被課徵32%。《EBC東森新聞》根據白宮公布的資料，由高到低整理出各國被課徵的關稅。
