Phoebe Copas faced a murder charge in the killing of 52-year-old Daniel Piedra Garcia as he was driving her to Speaking Rock Entertainment Center.

Phoebe Copas, 50, suffered a medical emergency before 9:20 a.m. Monday, Dec. 9, in the 120th District Court at the Enrique Moreno County Courthouse in Downtown El Paso.

EPPD Phoebe Copas is charged with the murder of Uber driver Daniel Piedra Garcia in 2023.
