Prosecutor in Baldwin's criminal case files notice of intent to appeal dismissal
A special prosecutor isn't giving up on the dismissed criminal case against actor Alec Baldwin. Special Prosecutor Kari Morrissey filed a notice Nov. 21 that she intends to appeal Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer's July dismissal of Baldwin's charge as well as Sommer's October denial of the prosecutor's motion asking her to reconsider the ruling.
