Hostel TV series, from writer, director, and executive producer Eli Roth and featuring Billions actor Paul Giamatti, has found a home for streaming. If the show does get made, it will be the latest entry in the Hostel franchise.

Eli Roth's "Hostel" TV series has landed at Peacock for development, TheWrap has learned. The NBCUniversal-owned streamer will develop the TV adaptation of the horror franchise with Paul Giamatti attached to star.

Maybe this will help move the needle for Peacock’s stagnating subscriber base? The streamer has picked up Eli Roth’s Hostel series, a television adaptation of the horror director’s gruesome “tortured abroad” franchise. Paul Giamatti, first announced as attached to the project over a year ago, will star in the show in an undisclosed role.
