The prominent Italian journalist reports that Monaco have given the green light for Balogun to travel for a medical on deadline day. Everton have reportedly agreed to pay Monaco £38.5million with a further £4.2m in add-ons to sign Balogun, with a sell-on clause also inserted.
First of all, Manchester City are expected to make a late push to sign a midfielder and Enzo Fernandez is still their preferred option with Chelsea also exploring the market for a replacement in the last hours of the summer window.
