Nemours Children's Health confirmed psychiatrist Avram Mack, who testified as a prosecution expert in Lindsay Clancy's murder trial, is "no longer employed."

Dr. Avram Mack, a psychiatrist who testified in Lindsay Clancy's murder trial, is no longer employed by Nemours Children’s Health.

Prosecutors hired Mack, along with another doctor, to interview Clancy earlier this year at Tewksbury Hospital, where she is being held while awaiting the verdict.

Lindsay Clancy trial prosecution expert Dr. Avram Mack resigned from Nemours Children’s Health on the day he finished testifying, after cross-examination revealed three courts had previously found his qualifications deficient and that he was recruited through Park Dietz and Associates,

The first of three experts hired by prosecutors to testify at the Lindsay Clancy trial took the stand Friday, further sharpening the dispute at the heart of the case — Clancy’s mental state when she strangled her three children and then attempted to end her own life in January 2023.
