Lebanon Police Department reports Davin Rolle, 27, was arrested around 2 a.m. Tuesday at an apartment on Rome Pike in Lebanon. Rolle is accused of shooting a weapon at Walmart in what police described as "an isolated incident between two individuals." Luckily, no injuries were sustained in this incident.
The owner reported to Knoxville police that the dog was electrocuted because she also felt the shock from the puddle.
