Knoxville Police Department said the dog was walking through a puddle out a Walmart when it suddenly "yelped and lost consciousness."

The owner reported to Knoxville police that the dog was electrocuted because she also felt the shock from the puddle.

Lebanon Police Department reports Davin Rolle, 27, was arrested around 2 a.m. Tuesday at an apartment on Rome Pike in Lebanon.
