Nathan MacKinnon outdueled his good buddy Sidney Crosby as the Colorado Avalanche beat the struggling Penguins, 4-1, Tuesday at Ball Arena.

The 29-year-old from Cole Harbour, NS., who already has a Stanley Cup on his resume, logged two assists for the Colorado Avalanche in a 3-0 win over the Chicago Blackhawks.
