The Florida Gators announced on Wednesday morning that they will be having their pro day on March 27th. Pro day, very similar to the NFL combine that just concluded in Indianapolis, will only consist of players who went to that school.

Rivalries are a big deal down in the south, especially as it relates to college football. That's especially true in Florida, where there are several big-time college football programs all trying to claim their dominance in just one state.

Eighteen draft-eligible Florida Gators will participate in the team's Pro Day on March 27, according to the University Athletic Association. Players will have an opportunity to participate in a variety of combine style events, including weigh-ins, bench press, vertical jump, broad jump, 40-yard dash, 60-yard shuttle and position workouts.
