The injury bug continues to plague the Phoenix Suns and Bradley Beal. After Beal returned from a two-game absence on Sunday, he was returning from a left calf injury. Unfortunately, he left the game against the Los Angeles Clippers with that same injury.
Phoenix Suns' guard Bradley Beal will miss Thursday’s home game against New Orleans as a late scratch with left calf tightness. Beal is coming off a 24-point effort in Tuesday’s 151-148 overtime loss at Memphis as he played a season-high 43 minutes.

Both powers out West desperately search for a win hoping to reverse recent trends, as Phoenix and Los Angeles are both losers of their last four-of-five. The Clippers are currently the seventh seed while the Suns are still on the outside of the playoff picture looking in.
Monte Morris is listed as questionable with low back spasms. Cody Martin remains out with a sports hernia. Anthony Edwards (right calf soreness) and Julius Randle (right groin strain) are listed as questionable while Rudy Gobert has been ruled out with low back injury maintenance for Minnesota.
Beal is the third option, but if the Suns move the ball and move bodies, he can be the one who gets open looks off how the defense reacts to Durant and Booker. On Beal’s dagger 3, Chicago chose to double Durant essentially at half court.
