FOX13 dug into the man's past and found that the alleged ax attack wasn't his first run-in with Memphis Police, records show.

The next thing he knew, a man was swinging an ax toward his vehicle. “It seemed more menacing as he got closer,” he explained. “He took a huge swing and knocked out the back window with one or two swings.
