A man is wanted by the NYPD for allegedly dragging a dog down a street in Queens before lighting the animal on fire.

The man was then seen pouring an accelerant on the dog and then lighting it on fire, police report. Investigators say they’re looking for a man last seen wearing a maroon sweats
