Yash Highvoltage IPO price band is set at ₹138 to ₹146 per share and the IPO lot size is 1,000 shares. At the upper-end of the price band, the Yash Highvoltage IPO size is ₹110.01 crore.

The grey market premium on Yash Highvoltage IPO stood at Rs 130 or 89.05% premium over the issue price, backed by a strong interest in the unlisted market.

Majority of the issue (75%) has been reserved for institutional investors or Qualified Institutioal Bidders (QIB). 15% of the issue has been reserved for HNIs, while only 10% of the issue has been allocated to retail investors.
