The $2.8 billion NCAA antitrust settlement is going to bring changes to hundreds of schools across the country.

Federal judge Claudia Wilken signed off on a settlement resolving three antitrust compensation cases brought against the NCAA.

The House v. NCAA settlement has been expected for a bit, but the final approval June 6 was a landmark day for college sports. Starting July 1, schools will enter the revenue-sharing era.
