A mosquito sample collected last week on North Military Highway in Norfolk has tested positive for the West Nile virus, the first such positive test in the city this season, according to the Norfolk Department of Public Health.

This is the second time this summer that mosquitoes have tested positive for the virus in Allegheny County communities.
