AUSTIN, Texas - The hit Netflix reality show "Love Is Blind" is casting in several cities. Single men and women in Austin "who are brave, open-minded, and ready for a committed relationship" are being asked to apply. Production company Kinetic Content posted about the casting on social media.

As the name suggests, the premise is to find out “if love is truly blind,” as hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey often say, by having people date without seeing one another. Instead, they have conversations from two individual “pods” separated by a wall. The goal is to build a deep emotional connection and fall in love based solely on personality.

Get ready for more golden goblets and dramatic breakups at the altar. But this time, the dating show contestants could be your neighbors.
