A petition urging to ban ISKCON in Bangladesh alleges that it has been involved in “radical activities” that “threaten” national security and stir communal violence

The High Court Division of Bangladesh's Supreme Court on Thursday (November 28) refused to impose ban on activities of Iskcon (International Society For Krishna Consciousness) in the country, said local media.

The High Court's refusal came a day after the Bangladesh government had filed a writ petition, demanding a ban on Iskcon, which it termed a "religious fundamentalist organisation" as a result of the ongoing violence.
