President Trump has named Adam Telle as the acting Army secretary, following the departure of Dan Driscoll amid widespread reports of tensions with Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

Telle is legally allowed to serve for 210 days as acting secretary, which means Trump would need to replace him by March 31, 2027.
