A Texas senator talks about what the legislature can and can't do as lawmakers look for answers following the July 4th flooding disaster.
Authorities determined that three people are still missing from the floods, a sharp drop from the approximately 100 people authorities had previously said were unaccounted for.
“Regulating THC for 21+ in TX is a backdoor way to legalize recreational marijuana,” he said in a Monday social media post. “Law enforcement is against regulation & supports a full ban. Texas has a robust program for those in need of medical THC for cancer, PTSD, & other issues.”
