A family-run property developer has broken ground on a new residential development in the West of Edinburgh, supported by a £20m funding package from Bank of Scotland.
More than a third of the properties in the development were bought by people based overseas, latest figures have revealed.
They spent 15 years lovingly transforming a tired bungalow into the dream home they always wanted.
