Disney and Fubo announced the closing of their deal merging Hulu + Live TV operations with Fubo, with Disney owning a 70% stake in the new company.
Fubo and Hulu+ Live TV will continue to be available as separate services, Disney said. Hulu+ Live TV will continue to be streamed in the Hulu app and as a bundle with Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN Unlimited. The Fubo app will also remain active.
The latest financial results comes as Fubo combines its video service with Hulu + Live TV to shake up the streaming TV business.

On October 30, Disney programming was removed from YouTube TV, which means you can no longer watch ABC and ESPN on the streamer. Currently, there’s no update on if/when the channels will return to YouTube TV.
