CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - A ground stop was issued at Charlotte Douglas International Airport Saturday morning because of Air Traffic Control staffing issues, according to the Federal Aviation Administration. The ground stop was issued around 7:30 a.m. and was lifted around 8:45 a.m., the FAA said.
