Bayern Munich forward Mathys Tel has reportedly turned down a move to Tottenham Hotspur because he wants to stay at the Bundesliga champions at least until the end of the season. The Athletic portal said that the 19-year-old wanted no move before Monday's end of the transfer window and would assess his situation in summer.

Tottenham Hotspur are in discussions with Bayern Munich over the permanent transfer of forward Mathys Tel. Tel, 19, has been on the margins of the Bayern squad since arriving from Rennes in 2022, and is seeking a move away from Allianz Arena in pursuit of playing time.
