South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol met a Ukrainian delegation led by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov in Seoul on Nov. 27 to discuss the deepening military ties between Russia and North Korea, the Yonhap news agency reported.

Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko issued a warning to South Korea against supplying lethal aid to Ukraine, saying that the move would "fully destroy relations" between the two countries.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov met with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol in Seoul, sharing Ukrainian intelligence on military cooperation between Russia and North Korea. The two sides also discussed joint responses to emerging security threats.

In a new survey, the U.S. Government Accountability Office said about 80% of more than 3,600 reported on-duty, noncombat accidents in 2012 through 2022 involving special operations forces, or SOF, personnel happened in training activities.
