Devondrick Jones, 35, of Montgomery was identified and taken into custody Wednesday as the suspect in the Dec. 9 shooting death of Courtney Gunn, 26, of Montgomery. He has been placed in the Montgomery County Detention Facility under no bond. Police say they are continuing the investigation of the incident.
