The Disney movie sweeps Moana and Maui into another perilous, sea-set adventure, with Auli'i Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson reprising roles as the titular heroine and the self-absorbed but lovable demigod.

Walt Disney Animation Studios' "Moana 2" is finally here. The sequel to 2016's Oscar-nominated animated musical sees Moana (Auliʻi Cravalho) venturing out on an even-more-dangerous mission - to find a mythical island called Motufetū that has been shrouded by a demigod's curse.

The actress, now 24, was 14 when she was first cast as the character. Moana’s journey in the new movie, Cravalho told People, marks the first time “in Disney history that a Disney princess has been allowed to age.”
