The Lansing Catholic football team will try for its third state championship since 2019 when it plays in the Michigan High School Athletic Association Division 6 state title game on Friday, Nov. 29 at Ford Field in downtown Detroit. The game is scheduled to start at 4 p.m.

CLARE — The Lansing Catholic football team is headed back to the state championship game. Alex Fernandez went 20-for-24 passing for 234 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Cougars past Boyne City on Saturday at Clare High School in a Division 6 state semifinal.
